Our DBT-informed group is divided into modules. Each module will last 6-weeks. The first two weeks of the module is dedicated to learning mindfulness skills. Then, you will spend the next four weeks learning new skills: Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.

Our group is hybrid, with a total of 24 sessions.

Each participant is required to complete an Intake & Assessment, and the fee is $120. Each group session is $60. You are also responsible for the cost of materials/workbooks for group.
We do not accept insurance for this group.

Each session will last 75 minutes.

All participants are required to complete an Intake & Assessment. Additionally, all participants must be in Individual and/or Family Therapy, either with the lead therapist, another therapist at Atlanta Therapy, or with a provider in our community.

This group is for young adults, ages 20-30. This includes all genders, sexualities, religions, races, and cultural backgrounds. There is no tolerance for any form of racism or discrimination during the group or towards group members outside of sessions.

We only have six slots so there is chance the group may fill quickly. If the group is full, you can be placed on a waitlist and will be notified if a slot opens up at the beginning of each module.
