My Treatment Philosophy

Witnessing or experiencing a traumatic event or living with feelings of anxiety can be overwhelming—making it hard to trust yourself or navigate daily life without stress taking over.

You want things to change, but you don’t know where to start. This is where I come in.

My goals are to:

✔️ Teach you real coping strategies that help you feel more connected and in control, especially on the hardest days.

✔️ Identify strategies to strengthen your relationships—whether that’s with family, friends, partners, or yourself.

AVAILABILITY

I see clients virtually and am by appointment only.

FEES + INSURANCE

My fee for an intake session is $200, and I charge $185 per follow-up appointment.

I am out-of-network with insurance plans and have partnered with Mentaya to help you receive reimbursement for therapy services. You can check your insurance plan's out-of-network benefits here.
